Walter Sandison holds an MAI designation and an SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute and is the owner and manager of the Callaghan Building. He is licensed by the State of Texas and has been appraising property in San Antonio and the South Texas area for the last 20 years. Sandison Appraisal has a large database of sales information that dates back for more than a decade. Residential Appraisals are done primarily in Bexar County, while Commercial Appraisals have been preformed primarily in the area from Austin to the Mexican Border.
